As many of you know, a series of tremors occurred in the Tokyo metro area this last evening our time.  We were awaken to the sensation of our little Japanese home rocking a bit.  It was a odd feeling quake for me.  It felt like "pulses" and short waves rather than a rocking long rolling wave feeling.  This may be due to the fact that we are much closer to the epicenter then we have been before.  The city is about 22 miles from us.

Personally, I hate earthquakes.  Interesting that God has called us to Japan!
